 I'm confused by how this is about "the state".
 I thought we started talking about some drama program at some school
 trying to mount some musical production, probably as an extra-curricular,
 after-school activity.  Are we worried that this will lead inevitably to
 Governor Ducey sending Blue-Helmet English-teachers door-to-door selling
 mandatory tickets to "Night of January 16th" ?
