[SML] Fire Exit

maybe access to the space between the concrete outer wall and the finished
interior wall ?

I might consider a "Not An Exit" sign,
but actually this thing does not look like a door,
looks like an access panel,
so unlikely anyone would consider it as an exit...
unless no other egress path seemed to be available.
