[SML] Event Ramp collapses

I'm working on a couple Olympic projects right now. In Barra Olympic Park
there are some "purified water drinking fountains" that "they" claim are
safe. I haven't seen a single person drinking from them. There are however
pallets of bottled water, courtesy of Coca-Cola. Thus far they've been free
to staff, as I expect/hope they'll continue to be. I'm really curious how
much they'll charge to the public.

It's also crazy windy today, even more than the day of the ramp collapse,
hopefully there isn't more damage...
