I was thinking it would be essentially something like a theta pinch coil 
circuit (like used to crunch soda cans)  driving a tesla coil with one 
big wallop.

Never got around to building one.  Did stand next to a guy had his 
electronics fried by a regular tesla coil we were walking by.

Probably find someone's already building them.
