[SML] Fire hose

[Joe Wilson]

We have three hose cabinets in our venue that are dutifully checked and
maintained in accordance with some arcane local ordinance / insurance
requirement / something.

Also every year during our annual inspection, our local fire marshal
reminds us never to use them.

Weird world.
