[SML] Fake fluorescent tubes

I recently picked up frosted 'PEX' type tubing from the local big box building supply store. I was only looking for 1/2" and 3/4", but I think it went to 1"?

Hi all...

We need to make some (and when I say 'some' I really mean ~400' or so) 'fake' fluorescent tubes.  The idea is to put RGB tape inside.

Anyone have a good source for frosted plastic/acrylic rigid frosted tubing ~1"-2" in diameter?  Any other thoughts?

We're trying to avoid having to sand or use sheets of gel frost inside of clear tubing for ease of installation and consistency.
