[SML] Fake Flourescent tubes

Mostly I am curious about ...why?  400 fake flourescent tubes?

I have made fake flourescent lighting by simply hanging framed 2x4 drop
ceiling diffusion panels and top lighting them.  But I am guessing that is
not the look you are going for.

Mostly just curious :-)
