[SML] Pc email program

Another one for T Bird.
I had to do changes a few years back when I retired as we used Outlook 
at work. I tried and tried to get it to work well at home. After a week 
of trying and talking with a number of specially trained Microsoft 
people in Outlook I gave up and switch back to T Bird at home again.
