[SML] Oakland warehouse fire

As many as 40 dead in a warehouse that was hosting a party. Permitted only
as a warehouse, but in addition to the event, it was advertised as an
artist collective with folks living on-site.

Most fatalities are expected on the 2nd floor which had only a makeshift
staircase made out of wooden pallets.

Electrical was "borrowed" from a neighboring property using consumer
extension cords.

Photos from before show a clutter of mostly wooden decorations (think
Grandma's attic).
