[SML] Fire Units

Three circuits of C9 Christmas lights:

  * Mostly yellow, with a handful of gold, red, and a (very) few blues.
  * Mostly gold, with a handful of yellow, red, and a (very) few blues.
  * Mostly red, with a handful of yellow, red, and a (very) few blues.


Write either a step-based or an absolute effect.
