[SML] Recall of Philips 60W PAR 16 120V Halogen Bulbs, screw in base

I've had the front disk (lens) fall off a couple of PAR38's.
Relector shell intact, lens disk intact, lamp still worked.
but separated cleanly where they join.
Might have been 250W units (!), don't recall brand name.
