the biggest problem isn't people talking....it is people forgetting to
silence their phone.  So now the ringing phone will be locked in a case and
the person would have to get up, excuse themself down the row, exit the
phone free space, unlock the case, silence the phone and then excuse
themself back to their seat

not really helpful

maybe it's a joke
