[SML] Who sells new or used portable hair washing stations

I need to build, buy, or adapt a portable hair washing station. There will not be any way to connect to any plumbing.
Used is best. Hospital supply? 
I can get by without a built in water heater (hot water tank, gerry can)
Self contained tanks for hot, cold, and waste. But all tanks must be removable before hitting the stairs.
Weight is a big concern as is the visual, as this WILL BE 'on camera' also.
Automatic pumps for both hot and cold clean water.
Weight is a concern.
