[SML] Fire effect onstage

The lowest temperature flame of which I am aware is flash paper or flash cotton.

The only other magician fire effects of which I am aware do not involve cloth,
only a pad with some alcohol in it - enough to sustain a flame for a few
seconds.

Personally, I would find a way to fake it.
