[SML] Ringling Brothers Accident

I guess this has been around for some time now, but hadn't made its way to
the SML.  The OSHA report on this incident was published on their website
and may be of interest to many of the SML readers:

It's dated October 2014 but I think only made its way to the Internet in
the last few months.
