[SML] caster storage

>From before my time here, our casters have lived in rolling plywood bins about 30" square that roll under the extension table on one side of the radial arm saw.  One nice feature is being able to roll a bin full of casters to the job when mounting lots of casters.  One downside, a 30" square box of casters is heavy and hard to get moving.  I'll put better casters on next time the bins need repair.
