[SML] HS curriculum

Here are the Texas Standards (TEKS).
http://ritter.tea.state.tx.us/rules/tac/chapter117/ch117c.html#117.323 They
were adopted in 2013 and are specific to Technical Theatre, which is nice.
Before that we only had one or two standards taken out of the Theatre Arts
standards.
