[SML] Rocket effects

Oh shoot - now I finally remember the effects - the rockets were staged on
trap doors (grates), then a smoke shot was fired from below, and in that
moment the rocket was pulled into the stage very quickly (hidden by the
smoke).  Then the crew or actors subtly removed it to clear the trap for
the next rocket shot.
