[SML] 4 channel LED dimming. NOT RGBW

Perhaps missing the point from the O.P., but many LED products don’t use an Intensity channel.  They rely on the console to provide that functionality virtually.

Just a wild-ass guess, but I'm betting  the "I" in the RGBI/IRGB profile is for "Intensity"....
