[SML] Self resetting gfci outlets.

I believe that the "automatic self resetting GFCI" devices do not
reset upon a fault but simply upon power disconnect.  So if you have a
gfci protected outlet - the device in the outlet - you can flip the
circuit breaker off and on, and not have to reset the gfci. Likewise,
in a portable cord or distro with gfc, you can unplug and plug it in
and not have to reset.

It seems people that use the manual (vs automatic) with aquarium
equipment were finding their fish belly up after a short power loss
because the gfci tripped.

So yes, if you unplug the device or turn off the circuit breaker, and
someone plugs it back in or flips it on, the circuit is re-energized -
just like a non gfci circuit.  This just seems to save you from having
to do two reset actions after a simple disconnect.
