[SML] Leviton Dimming Racks

This is something I am taking a hard look at. Some pretty long throws from FOH, so I worry about the effective brightness of LED compared to 750 Quartz. But knowing the costs are probably "in the neighborhood," the long term efficiency of LED is hard to ignore.
