[SML] Icons

I just upgraded some computers here to Ubuntu Gnome 16.04.01 LTS.  In
general it went sell with minor errors (like the Gnome panel missing on
one system), except...

The desktop icons are HUGE.  I've been searching for how to set their
size and found the following:


* Resize one at a time.  Works but really?  I want ALL icons resized all
the time.

* Use the Change Desktop icon size slider.  Nope, changes the Launcher
icons, NOT the desktop icons.

* Use preferences in any folder view.  Nope, not there anymore.

* Not in Gnome Tweak Tool.


So, anybody know where the setting for this has gone?

I don't care what Unity looks like, don't use it, not even sure if it's
installed in the Ubuntu Gnome flavor.
