[SML] Looks like a Davie Dimmers wiring job

There was an attached photo of large wires attached to a breaker, only
one was cut too short so a socket wrench was clamped in the breaker. 
That was too short, so it was connected to a second socket wrench with
the bare end of the wire resting on top of it.
