Then I doubt that's the issue - I use their "PayPal Anywhere" smart-card 
reader with an app on my phone when I'm doing trade shows. Slick as deer 
guts on a doorknob so far.

The web interface shouldn't be affected by that, so I guess I was no 
help at all.
