[SML] Recall of Philips 60W PAR 16 120V Halogen Bulbs, screw in base

Confirmed my PAR38's that dropped their front lens disks were 250W SP's.
(Never ran long at high power, doubt overheating was a factor)
Only mark that might indicate source is the boldtype word "PLATINUM".
