[SML] Timer programming

Anyone have full programming information on these cheap timer modules?

YYA-1-DC-24V-Digital-Delay-Time-Module-Switch-Control-Relay-Cycle-Timer-TA-SV5Z

So far all I've figured out everything except how to change the time 
base.  As in, it's supposed to count to 999.9 seconds, 999.9 minutes, or 
999.9 hours.  I can't get it out of the seconds range which limits me to 
about 16 minutes.
