The venue in which I most recently resided had a metal roof. During the
heaviest of rains we could hear it, but we had to listen for it.
As I recall, there was the metal roof, then a 2" layer of sprayed-in
polyurethane foam, then intumescent [but flexible, not sure if rubberized
or not] paint, then 3-4" of fiberglass insulation. Now, the jet engines
from the airshow didn't seem to give a whit for all that, but take that for
what you will.
So, it can be done.

Who needs a carpenter/Automation programmer/rigger for their venue/tour?
Failing that, who has a friend with backyard in hawaii?
:-)
