[SML] Timer programming

Finally found out the programming details, nice timers for $5 
delivered.  Available in 12V and 24V models.

K-1:  Press and hold, will change mode [P-1, P-2, P-3].

K-2:  Click to change time settings.  Click for each digit.

K-3:  Click to increment the selected digit.

Special:

P-3 has THREE variables.  On-time, Off-time, # Cycles (0000 = infinite)

Click K-1 to trigger (start) timing cycle depending on mode.

Hold K-2 while running to turn off display.  Hold again to turn it back on.

Hold K-3 while running to change timing increment. Cycles through 
[0-999.9S, 0-9999S, 0-9999M].
