[SML] live trees as scenery

Went to a Gershwin concert Fri at the PHX Symphony (very hoity-toity)  
about midway into "An American in Paris" and a bird starts flying around 
close over the orch heads. Pulled focus, but  I didn't hear a missed 
note.  Nerves of steel !
