[SML] PVC socket cap

I recently built a small vacuum press with a venturi using pressure rated
PVC for the tanks.  It required a few tapped fittings into PVC caps, 3"
pipe I think.  Worked fine for the application.  Vacuum press works like a
dream - some very slow loss of pressure but unclear where in the system it
might be and it's slow enough I don't care.
