[SML] HDMI

Barry,

I know I am late to this party , but I have done this kind of run with extenders as well. I have some nice Extron ones but have also had luck with Monospace and Startech. One thing that we learned the hard way is use shielded CAT5e or CAT6 cable. In fact make sure you have shielded connection on everything. Unshielded will make your live miserable trying to figure out why the signal is intermittent.

Sincerely,

Rob Jensen

I've had great luck with the ones made by Cable Matters.
Though, since you are going to two separate units that I am unaware if they have a feed through you made also need to add in a splitter.

If the run is too long, you can use a set of baluns (HDMI to CAT 5 or 6 and then back again).
