Theodolite
Netflix if you are so afflicted
Amazon Video if you have prime
Bamboo Paper
53 Paper (if you get their fabulous "Pencil")
Flickr if you have an account
LuxMeterPro and Light Meter HD
CellarTracker and Corkz if you dig wine. (Vinopal if you have a
CellarTracker account, and Vinous regardless)
OpenTable for making restaurant reservations
UPS my Choice app
Google Maps
StudioSix Audio Tools if you are a soundie.
QRReader
and Scanner which works with Delicious Library to scan book barcodes.
AirportZoom gives good info on status of flights at airports, and
there's a gogo app that makes it easier to hook up to onboard wifi.
For weather, I like DarkSky a lot, along with Weather Underground

And, if you are a photographer in addition to the amazing
Photographer's Ephemris Pat mentioned is Photo Transit by the same guy
- this one is amazing as it will let you pre-visualize photos using
your camera and lens combination.

And for fun - Hanx Writer - just check it out.

Also, if you have a car that connects to the net, there probably is an
app for it, and the same is true if you have a thermostat that
connects at home.

Major +1 for Evernote, which syncs across all devices and computers.
