[SML] Blackout button on Gio?

So, I dont know the Gio specifically, but if it is like any other ETC
console in that family, create a submaster with the intensity of all
fixtures in the show and set it up as an inhibitive sub.  Not 100% sure,
but the bump button may then function as a bump to zero... or may be able
to be configured as one.
