[SML] Smart Tint

A client pointed me to these guys for a project of theirs. I have some
samples here now and it looks like it could be interesting stuff to use
in places, windows that go from a projection screen to clear in an
instant could be handy.  Not to mention you can cut this into shapes and
stick it on glass/plastic so you can have segments switch clear/frost on
demand.
