[SML] Building a stage

At several of my work places the comm and computer hardware was raised 
on elevated floors w/ about an 18" clearance.  It was super easy to 
change and run new cabling anywhere to anywhere.  I always thought this 
would be a splendid answer to cabling in theaters.
