[SML] House light panel not working

We have a remote house light panel that stopped working. It was part of our
old Light board M board and we've been using it as a stand alone next to
our Express board for many years. There are five separate areas controlled
by the panel, plus a master and on off switch. It was slow to respond and
now nothing. Does anyone in Los Angeles have a good electrician they can
recommend?  We open in less than a week.
