[SML] Where can I find a tall music stand for standing sax player

In regards to motivation for wanting something higher than the standard music stand, there may be vision issues that require the sax player to have the music closer to their eyes.

One possible alternative solution, is a simple wood base to place under the music stand.  

Another would be to make an adapter to extend the height of the inner pipe by 6", or whatever is needed.
