RE TERRA NOVA . . . we didn’t use slides . .    had WONDERFULLY authentic costumes / props / sledge  ( borrowed from the ASOLO THEATRE in Sarasota ) which were a great assist . . 

the real challenge ( and this was decades ago ) was as Lighting Designer creating the “Aurora Australis”
