[SML] Console/dimmer replacement estimates

Many belated thanks to those who replied.  [I was stuck in tech and
then took a much needed vacation.]  All information and insight was
very useful.  As I said, I've never been in a theatre that replaced
its dimming system except as part of a renovation, nor been at one
that was willing to set aside money for the continued upkeep of the
system.
