[SML] Tracking scenery on a budget

Scott, I've been wondering if somehow error checking was added to these
winches. Talkback would be easy enough with RDM. Anyways, I'm glad you
mentioned something because since I saw these listed by Rose Brand I was
wondering how they made them somewhat okay.
