Yup. Incredibly hard to replace and having one blown to fit even more incredibly expensive. If more time than money haunt flea markets and inexpensive 'antique' shows and take the s.p. holder along.
consider even an ordinary glass with correct diameter and have it ground down to proper height.

p.s. the 'star' was cut in simply to hide the rough pontil mark left by hand blowing the glass.
