[SML] Turntable Design/Rental

I am located in south central PA and am looking for a double turntable to rent (the director saw Hamilton) Does anyone have a lead on one in my area?  Any thoughts on how to build one and drive it on a HS stage (think volunteer labor and non-broadway budget)   No larger than 28’ diameter.  This was the year I was hoping to simplify.  sigh.
