Thanks for the reply (and the replies from the other's as well) On e of the above may be bright enough as is. But, they have a smart driver circuit that adjusts for the incoming voltage. I suspect that over-voltage to try to increase the current will just fry the driver circuit. But, with the 3 Watt bulb being $14, and the Nebo flashlight being $70, the real flashes seem to be the way to go.
