When you have a small school district with correspondingly small
budgets, a cafegymatorioum is often a necessary compromise. Also not a
bad choice for smaller local elementary schools that feed into a larger
regional middle and high school. Like all compromises, it is
suboptimal for the individual needs, but it can be made to work when
everyone settles down and makes it happen, and leaves the bickering in
the past.
