[SML] Big Blocks of EPS

I am working on an upcoming production of Anything Goes and wanted to create two ventilation stand pipes for the ships deck. I was thinking about creating them from a combination of Sonotube and a collapsible children's playtunnel for the curve or perhaps sculpting the whole thing out of foam. I

maybe something like this????  instead of foam and/ or cardboard





3’  of 18” dia sheet metal duct approx  $40

90 degree elbow, 18” dia approx  $42

could also go with  20" or 24” dia  at increased cost  (about twice cost for 24” )
