[SML] Theater seat removal and re-installation

I'm looking for a vendor in the Southern California area to handle the removal, storage, and re-installation of some fixed theater seating for a special event.  The probability of needing to replace fasteners in the concrete floor on the install is high.  Please contact me off-list with recommendations of companies to contact (or avoid)
