I will add the local DOT shed to the list of people to ask was well as salvage yards.  (You never know what you will find in a salvage yard.  Once a long time a go, a metal coffin came out of the pile.  Unused of course.  I spend a lot of time in the local one.)

if for props check with the maint dept ot local utility there are often  several in the juck bin as they get changed out. also large electrical contractors often have them from updates on  private projects.
