Yes. I also object to Local 720 and the State of Nevada de facto setting standards for the entire national touring industry, by setting specific requirements for their state. 

And, unlike cosmetology licenses, forklift licenses, pyro licenses, or similar, that may apply to one or two people in a touring crew, the OSHA 30 requirement would apply to everyone on the crew.
