[SML] Dimmer pack

These days, they only list the things that don't cause cancer in California. It's a significantly shorter list. All products are just automatically stamped with the warning, to save time and avoid trying to keep up with the changing regulations.

Wow, that is old, since they've determined that bearskin causes cancer 
(but only in the state of California).
