Questions: Did you have UHMW opposing UHMW or UHMW opposing wood? Secondly, did you use oil impregnated or regular UHMW? The oil impregnated stuff is so slippery, I was unable to hold a 3/4" x 12" x 12" piece vertically with my fingers. It would slip out no matter how hard I squeezed... and I have strong hands.
